· Anatomy:
1) Life-like anatomical structures including skin, lungs, esophagus, trachea, diaphragm, stomach, bladder, liver, large intestine, small intestine, gallbladder, appendix, spleen, pancreas, heart, kidneys, adrenal glands, blood vessels, mesentery, and greater omentum.
2) The manikin features a complete and realistic airway anatomy, including a complete and sealable oral cavity, nasal cavity, pharynx, trachea, and left and right main bronchi. It also includes teeth, tongue, palatoglossal arch, palatopharyngeal arch, tonsils, glottis, epiglottis, uvula, etc.
· Key Features:
Head:
1) The head can be used for craniotomy training, including scalp incision, burr holes, dura mater incision, lesion management, and craniotomy closure suturing.
2) Ventilation tools can be used for airway opening, including OPA, NPA, endotracheal tube, laryngeal mask, esophageal tracheal Combitube, double-lumen tube. Auxiliary tools such as laryngoscope can also be applied.
Thorax and Abdomen:
1) The highly realistic cardiac module features anatomically accurate left/right atria and ventricles, with true-to-life pulsations driven by blood circulation device. Visible beating heart during thoracotomy procedures with adjustable rate.
2) The thoracic and abdominal aorta, as well as the common iliac artery, can pulsate under the drive of the heart, with adjustable pulsation frequency.
3) The thoracic and abdominal regions feature realistic multilayered anatomical structures, including skin, fat, muscle layers, and a complete skeletal structure, allowing for immersive training of thoracotomy and laparotomy.
Limbs: The model is equipped with four limbs and can be manually installed and removed quickly.
1) Arm: Supporting infusion, blood collection and radial artery puncture.
2) Leg:
Supporting tibial puncture for rapid fluid infusion. The puncture module adopts a consumable design and can be manually replaced within seconds. An open fracture is also available, enabling injury management and splint fixation.

1) Cardiac Hemorrhage: Simulation of cardiac bleeding (life-threatening pulsatile jet) with adjustable pressure, enabling thoracotomy hemostatic training.
2) Major Vascular Injury: Simulation of great vessels bleeding (arterial spraying, venous oozing), allowing practice with ligation and clamp techniques.
3) Liver Trauma: Simulation of local liver rupture bleeding, including hemostasis training via gauze packing.
4) Damaged organs: Including a damaged lung, damaged liver, and damaged spleen.

· Usability:
1) The blood circulation device connects to the simulator through four blood output and input tubes to achieve blood circulation patterns, with capacity of 4L. Blood flow velocity and pressure can be adjusted in three levels.
2) The four tubes of the blood circulation device support tool-free installation and removal.
The blood circulation device supports charging by 220V power supply or a rechargeable lithium battery. The battery can be fully charged within three hours.
